Some of our beneficiaries may require some advice and guidance on entering the construction industry. We have created a cohort of Project RECCE mentors to whom a veteran or service leaver can turn to when they require direction. By volunteering for this programme, we will ask you to create a profile based on your industry expertise and any mentoring and coaching skills, qualities and experience that you may have. We will then seek to match you up with a beneficiary requiring advice and guidance in that specific area. We will do our utmost to match-up the right beneficiary and mentor.
