At Project RECCE, we believe every veteran deserves the opportunity to build a strong, sustainable future. Our mission is to guide service leavers, veterans, and their families as they transition from military life into meaningful careers within the construction industry.

Our skills translator converts your military experience into valuable civilian qualifications, helping you identify where you fit best—whether that’s leading teams, managing projects, or mastering a technical trade.
We also offer a variety of events designed for both networking and training. These opportunities connect you with employers, mentors, and industry leaders, allowing you to grow your network and take your first steps into the industry.
